In recent times , Blankets and Wine has marked its roots as one of the biggest events not only in Kenya but also Africa and the world at large. After a very successful run with the last three editions this year – 2023, Blankets and Wine will climax in yet one more edition to close out 2023 which is slated for December 17, 2023 at the Laureate Garden, Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani. This last edition of the year is dubbed as Summer III and as part of its culture, Blankets and Wine will see a selection of stars – both prolific and new – take to the stage.

The last three editions of the event went down in April, July and October this year – 2023 – and saw yet another slew of stars entertain the fans who flocked Laureate Garden to catch the live action. From Suzanna Owiyo, Wangechi, Nameless, Lisa Oduor to Bensoul even Jua Cali gave performances of their lifetime. A historic event in the African entertainment and events scene, Blankets and Wine had taken a break occasioned by Covid-19 for almost 3 years, but would make a comeback in December, 2022.
